From Dallas
1) Traveling from Dallas South on IH-35...
2) Exit MLK (Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard).
3) Once you have exited, you will turn RIGHT onto MLK (traveling West).
4) Continue on MLK through several lights until you see a McDonald's (fast-food restaurant).
5) Turn RIGHT (traveling North) at McDonald's onto San Antonio Street (McDonald's is on the corner of MLK & San Antonio Street…our street).
6) Continue on San Antonio Street through three (3) stop signs.
7) The Castilian is the high-rise building (painted white) on the RIGHT SIDE after the 3rd stop sign.
8) Please park in our building!!! The garage entrance is located on the far side (closest to the traffic light) of The Castilian. Take a RIGHT onto the entrance ramp (going up) and park on the Second level of our garage in front of our future resident parking spaces.
9) Once parked, please come into our building through the middle Elevator lobby. You can take the elevator to the first floor. Once at the first floor, proceed RIGHT past the other elevators and our Leasing office is on the LEFT. See you soon! |

From Houston (HWY 71)
1) Traveling from Houston West on HWY 71...
2) Position your vehicle in the right-hand lane to exit IH-35 North.
3) Exit IH-35 North.
4) Enter onto IH-35 and proceed North passing over Town Lake towards downtown Austin (stay in the right-hand lane).
5) Exit MLK (Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard).
6) Once you have exited, you will turn LEFT onto MLK (traveling West).
7) Continue on MLK through several lights until you see a McDonald's (fast-food restaurant).
8) Turn RIGHT (traveling North) at McDonald's onto San Antonio Street (McDonald's is on the corner of MLK & San Antonio Street…our street).

1) Traveling from Congress Avenue...
2) Turn onto 6th Street (one-way street going West).
3) Stay to the right-hand side to exit Lavaca Street.
4) Exit (turn RIGHT onto) Lavaca Street (one-way) going North.
5) Continue North on Lavaca Street and position your vehicle in the second left-hand lane until it ends to turn LEFT onto MLK (Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard).
6) Continue on MLK through one light until you see a McDonald's (fast-food restaurant).
